‘The Love Hearts’ are a team of volunteers who work on a project called ‘Hearts and Minds’, which is run by Bright Ideas Nottingham and commissioned by the British Heart Foundation.

The Love Hearts work within BME communities to raise awareness of Heart Health.
There are currently two teams of Love Hearts:
– The African Caribbean Love Hearts
– The South Asian Love Hearts
